At least six people were killed and several others injured in a shooting in Kyiv on Saturday.
Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko said the attacker opened fire in the Holosiivskyi district before taking hostages in a supermarket.
The gunman was later killed by police after a standoff, during which he also killed a hostage.
President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed 14 people were injured, including a child.
Authorities are investigating the motive behind the attack, which remains unclear.
