DaBaby may have to pay!
Brandon Bills DaniLeigh’s brother is suing the rapper following their showdown earlier this month.
According to the lawsuit, Bills is reportedly suing DaBaby for assault, battery, emotional distress, and negligence. In the court documents, Bills said he walked by him in the bowling alley when he was attacked without warning by the rapper and his crew.
However, prior to the fight, Bills said on social media he wanted to fight DaBaby because of his alleged poor treatment of DaniLeigh, with whom the rapper shares a child.
DaBaby is claiming his actions were in self-defence according to reports. He mentioned that Bills was ‘running around threatening people.’
