Culture and Entertainment Minister Olivia Grange has expressed gratitude and appreciation for all the artistes, celebrities, and members of the production team who worked day and night to put Sunday’s telethon together in just over a week’s time.
The 6 hour Telethon Jamaica: Together We Stand event, hosted by Ministry, was to provide Jamaica’s frontline workers with the necessary equipment to battle COVID-19.
Ms Grange says over 50 million Jamaican dollars was raised through the virtual event.
