The Constant Spring market should be handed over to the National Works Agency, NWA, next week for the entity to undertake its demolition as part of the multi-billion dollar road upgrades carried out in the area.
This as the Supreme court yesterday turned down an application by vendors seeking a hold to stop the Kingston and St. Andrew municipal corporation KSAMC from demolishing the market.
The KSAMC says it is awaiting documents from the Attorneys so it can proceed with the demolition of the market and proposed roadwork.
The entity anticipates that these documents should be received at the weekend.
