Constable Noel Maitland has been sentenced to life in prison for the murder of his girlfriend, 24 year old Donna-Lee Donaldson.
The popular social media influencer went missing in July 2022 and was later presumed dead.
On January 22, Maitland was convicted of both murder and obstructing the lawful burial of her body.
Judge Leighton Pusey, sitting in the Home Circuit Division of the Supreme Court, handed down the sentence.
Maitland will be eligible for parole after 32 years and 4 months.
