A 29 year old Computer Technician was shot and killed in Manchester last evening.
He’s been identified as 29 year old Reese Duncan.
Reports are that about 8:30pm, lawmen were summoned by residents who reported hearing gunshots. When the lawmen arrived, Reese’s body was found with several gunshot wounds The hands were bound.
Duncan reportedly returned to the island on Monday.
