Safe to say Reggae icon, Chronixx, is back and we are here for all of it!
Last night (August 3) the crooner delivered a show-stopping performance at ReggaeLand 2025, closing out the festival at Milton Keynes Bowl in the United Kingdom, with what many are calling his best live set yet.
Backed by a new band, Chronixx performed hits like Skanking Sweet, Spanish Town Rockin’, and Smile Jamaica, along with fresh unreleased material. Despite not performing with his usual Zincfence Redemption band, the new group impressed fans with flawless transitions and strong musical chemistry.
During his set, the "Champion" singer surprised the crowd by announcing his upcoming album, Exile. The news quickly spread across social media, with fans expressing their excitement. “
One took to X (formerly Twitter) to state "Chronixx’s performance today was probably the greatest live performance I’ve ever seen".
Reggaeland saw other Reggae and Dancehall stars like Capleton, Protje, Lila Ike, Sevana, Marcia Griffiths, Kabaka Pyramind, Gyptian, Dexta Daps, Movado, Tanya Stephens, Jah Lil and YG Marley.
Chronixx’s ReggaeLand performance set the tone for his next chapter. Exile is now one of the most anticipated reggae albums on the horizon.
