The jury has given a sweeping win to the Kardashians, nearly two weeks after the trial began with TV star Blac Chyna’s lawsuit against them.
Blac Chyna sued the Kardashian family for $100 million, alleging they ruined her reality TV career.
On Monday, a judge at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles ruled that the Kardashian-Jenner family were cleared of all the key questions finding that none of the Kardashians had defamed Chyna, nor did they interfere with her contract by convincing the E! network to cancel her show, Rob & Chyna.
The Kardashian’s attorney, Michael G Rhodes, said the family was “exuberant” and “very pleased” when he called them with the news.
Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, said that she would appeal the finding.
Chyna is Rob Kardashian’s ex-fiancé and the mother to his 5-year-old daughter, Dream.
