American rapper Cardi B is pregnant with her third child.
In an Instagram post earlier today (August 1), the 31-year-old singer shared a photo to make the official announcement.
In the photo, the “Bodack Yellow” singer is wearing a red dress, exposing her baby bump, with a red fur coat draped over one arm, set against a New York City skyline backdrop.
The photo was captioned with a note to her unborn child stating, “With every ending comes a new beginning! I am so grateful to have shared this season with you, you have brought me more love, more life and most of all renewed my power! Reminded me that I can have it all! You’ve reminded me that I never have to choose between life, love, and my passion! I love you so much and can not wait for you to witness what you helped me accomplish, what you pushed me to do! It’s so much easier taking life’s twists, turns and test laying down, but you, your brother and your sister have shown me why it’s worth it to push through!”
The post gained over 2.5 million likes within the first two hours of posting.
Cardi B and Offset already share two children: 6-year-old Kulture and 2-year-old Wave. Offset has three other children from previous relationships.
