Bounty Killer Returns to the U.S. After 15 Years, Dancehall Community Erupts in Celebration

After a 15-year ban, Dancehall icon Bounty Killer has officially returned to the United States.
The “Anytime” artiste expressed deep gratitude to his manager, Bankey Giscombe, for restoring his visa and thanked the U.S. Consulate General for their support.

Bounty Killer had faced long-standing travel restrictions in both the U.K. and U.S. His UK visa reinstated in 2023.

His return to the U.S. has sparked major celebrations in the Dancehall community, with artistes like Vybz Kartel, Popcaan, Shaggy, Busy Signal, Konshens, and Cham welcoming him back.

Upon arrival, he linked up with longtime friend DJ Khaled, sharing an emotional reunion and hinting at future collaborations. On Instagram, Bounty Killer described the moment as “monumental,” praising DJ Khaled’s success and hospitality.
