Prime Minister Andrew Holness has made it clear that no one will get special treatment. The prime Minister believes that all Jamaicans have a duty to carry out, even those who are public figures.

This comes after the news broke yesterday that Usain Bolt might have contracted the Corona virus.

However Health Minister Christopher Tufton confirmed that the sprinter has indeed tested positive for the Corona virus. This was confirmed during a virtual press conference last evening.

The Sprinter celebrated his 34th birthday party last Friday or should I say ‘last year’ in Kingston. He later took a test in order to proceed for a business trip overseas. But the result slowed down the fastest man.

Raheem Sterling, who did not follow the quarantine protocols, and was present at the birthday celebration has since been tested and is negative. Kemar Highcon also has been tested and is negative.

Bolt though has  been in isolation since.
