Burger King Jamaica has officially opened applications for its 2025 National Scholarship Programme with an offering of 33 scholarships across the primary, secondary, and tertiary levels.
This year’s investment, valued at over J$11 million, comes as the company celebrates 25 years of the programme investing in youth education and development.
In its 25th year, the Burger King National Scholarship Programme will have awarded more than J$106 million to deserving students islandwide, making it one of the most sustained private-sector education initiatives in the country.
Earmarked for two exceptional students from their alma maters, are the Rodwell Lake Tertiary Scholarship for St. George’s College students and Lois Sherwood Tertiary Scholarship for the St. Andrew High School for Girls, valued at $J1.5 Million each, payable over three years, as well as a one-year school grant under each scholarship valued at J$400,000.
