American superstar, Beyonce has won her battle with Republic candidate, Donald Trump, for the usage of her song “Freedom” during his campaign.
According to Rolling Stone, Yonce filed a cease and desist against Trump’s campaign after her 2016 Kendrick Lamar collab, was used as a soundtrack to a video of the presidential candidate walking off a plane.
Along with her record label and publisher, the “Texas Hold Em” singer was not here for the campaign movement and managed to have Trump’s campaign blocked from using her track!
However, Bey was okay with Vice President, Kamala Harris using her song as an integral part of her campaign, with the track being used as a recurrent theme during her public campaigns and appearances.
