Dancehall icon Beenie Man has announced his upcoming performance on the popular US-based online series Tiny Desk Concert.
The NPR-produced show has previously featured superstars such as Usher, Megan Thee Stallion, Billie Eilish and H.E.R. Beenie now joins the list of local acts that have been featured, such as Protoje, Chronixx and, most recently, dancehall great Sean Paul.
Beenie Man, celebrating 25 years in the music industry this year, will be a part of Tiny Desk’s Black Music History Month shows. The date for the virtual concert’s release is yet to be announced by NPR, but according to Beenie Man via a post made today to his Instagram, it is coming soon.
