Tyrone Blackburn, an attorney in a $20 million lawsuit against Nicki Minaj and Kenneth Petty, claims the couple is affiliated with the Queens-based Makk Balla Brims gang.
Blackburn linked his allegation to the lawsuit by explaining that members of this gang had harassed his client Jennifer Hough online.
Hough is suing Minaj and Petty, alleging that they tried to bribe her into recanting her claim that Petty raped her at knifepoint in 1994.
At the time, Petty was sentenced to four years in prison.
