Popular Disc Jockey and Producer Arif Cooper has passed away.
Reports are that the Arif collapsed while playing at an event in Kingston, early this morning.
He was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Cooper is known to have produced the rhythms to include the Hummer Riddim, Shockwave Riddim, Guardian Angel Riddim, among numerous others and has worked with dancehall entertainers such as Vybz Kartel, Sean Paul, Cecile, Aidonia, IWaata among a host of others.
Arif is the the son of Third World’s founder Ibo Cooper.
