Condolences go out to talk show host Wendy Williams, who has again been hit by tragedy. According to reports, Wendy’s mother passed away over the weekend. Wendy confirmed her mom’s death during this morning’s episode of The Wendy Williams Show, saying Shirley died “beautifully and peacefully” while surrounded by “love.”
She further stated “My mom passed away many, many, many, many weeks ago,’ the 56-year-old star said. “You know how you lose track of the day and time? All I know was it was a long time ago. The five of us, my mom, dad, my siblings, the five of us — she will always be here.”
If you are a fan of the show, you know how close Wendy and her mother were. Before the pandemic, which caused major lock down Wendy’s mother was a regular audience member in the front row of her show. Williams always speaks delightfully and sweetly about her phone conversations with her mother.
