Last evening (Nov 3), the launch of one of the most anticipated events, “Intimate” for next year kicked off.

Beres Hammond and Buju Banton will come together to give once in a lifetime performance.

The launch took place in Downtown Kingston at RoK Hotel.

Buju shared the mission for the event at the launch and broke down the meaning behind “Intimate…”

Olivia “Babsy” Grange, Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sports, who was also present at the event, says that while she may not be a fan of Buju’s online comments, she will not let that come between her and his music.

Speaking exclusively to the Zee, she also shared her thoughts on Prime Minister Andrew Holness’ plans to build a school to educate youths in various disciplines, including the Arts, for those who are aspiring dancehall and reggae performers and musicians…

‘Intimate’ is brought to you by two of the industry’s foremost event producers, FYVE Events & Talent Limited as well as A-Team Management.

Intimate is set for January 1, 2023 at Grizzly’s Plantation Cove in St Ann.
