American Pop Star Justin Timberlake’s Lawyer Defends Singer’s Sobriety

The lawyers defending Justin Timberlake claim that the “Cry Me a River” singer was not drunk during his arrest in June.
The singer was arrestedĀ for driving while intoxicated in New York.
Timberlake’s attorney, Edward Burke Jr., stated that Justin should not have been arrestedĀ and that the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office made “significant errors” in his client’s case.
According to documents obtained by Court TV, the DA’s office admitted to a “ministerial error in the original accusatory instrument.”
However, they maintained that the facts and circumstances of the case have not changed.
