Model and entrepreneur Amber Rose is suing members-only Beverly Hills dining club Gravitas after a decorative ceiling ornament allegedly fell and struck her head during a New Year's Eve 2024 celebration.
Rose says the impact knocked her unconscious and left her with ongoing physical, mental and emotional injuries.
She was treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for a head injury and neck pain.
The lawsuit alleges the venue was negligent in maintaining or securing the decoration and is seeking unspecified damages.
