After what seems like ages, international sensation Shenseea has finally released her long-awaited album, ‘Alpha’.
Shenyeng has been making waves on the dancehall scene for a few years now and it is safe to say that she has successfully transitioned to mainstream music. The ‘Lick’ ar-tiste has recently been named MTV’s Global Push Artist for the month of March, just ahead of her debut studio album.
The album consists of 14 tracks and includes the likes of Sean Paul, Beenie Man, Megan Thee Stallion, Tyga, 21 Savage and Offset. Since the album’s release at midnight, fans have been talking about it on social media. One person wrote, “it’s the best al-bum outta yaawd”, another wrote, “I can’t choose a favourite song too good”, while an-other person commented, “the lady put her back into it enuh”.
ALPHA is released via Rich Immigrants/Interscope Records, a joint venture headed by Jamaican producer, Rvssian.
