Dancehall star, Alkaline is back with a bold new track titled ‘Key Man, and fans are loving it!
The track which was released today (August 6) is produced by Armzhouse and AutoBamb Records.
In the song, the Vendetta Boss star declares himself the central force in Dancehall with lyrics like “Inna the industry, a me a the key man,” while throwing jabs at rivals.
The "Champion Boy" also subtly reflects on personal loss, nodding to the death of his father, Earl Ninrod Bartley, who was laid to rest in 2023.
The song quickly gained traction online, racking up over 18,000 views on YouTube in just two hours.
Fans were quick to highlight one of the lines “thousand gyal inna rotation as a gelding.”
