The Alkaline Foundation Corporation has rolled out a relief effort to assist communities in Western Jamaica affected by Hurricane Melissa, which left many residents without shelter, food and other basic necessities.
The initiative saw the distribution of food and hygiene supplies, along with financial support in select cases, to families in areas including Stratbougie in Savanna la Mar, Deeside and Bunkers Hill, Trelawny.
As the foundation continues its humanitarian work, founder and international recording artiste Alkaline is also preparing for the release of his winter 2026 album, the New Rules Festival in New York on March 21, and Jamaica’s Up To The Line After Champs event on March 28, 2026.
