Dancehall artiste Kiprich is set to return to court on September 19 .
This, after it was revealed during his first court appearance Tuesday, that his case file remains incomplete .
Kiprich is charged under Section 18A of the Offences Against the Person Act, which accused him of using audio and audio-visual content to promote criminal activity, allegedly endorsing ex-One Order Don Othniel ‘Thickman’ Lobban in a song.
Kiprich, who has since been granted bail, is being represented by Attorney-at-Law Patrick Peterkin.
