Cassie Ventura is expected to testify under her own name at the upcoming federal trial of her ex-boyfriend, Sean “Diddy” Combs, set for May 5.
She was identified as Victim-1 in the indictment and is described as a central target of Combs’ alleged criminal enterprise involving violence, threats, and manipulation for sexual gratification.
While Ventura will testify publicly, three other victims (Victim-2, -3, and -4) are expected to testify anonymously to protect their identities due to intense media attention.
Ventura had previously filed a lawsuit in November 2023 accusing Combs of rape and abuse, which was quickly settled, sparking over 60 similar lawsuits.
A video later surfaced allegedly showing Combs assaulting her in 2016.
Combs was arrested in September 2024 and faces multiple charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering.
He remains in custody in New York awaiting trial.
