Morrison has not played for Jamaica since March 15, 2023 in their 2-2 draw against Mexico in the Nations League.
The game is to be played in St Louis, Missouri tomorrow.
The Reggae Boyz trail the USA 1-0 after Thursday’s first leg at the National Stadium in Kingston.
