Prime Minster Andrew Holness has addressed the controversy surrounding the arrival of a cruise ship in Ocho Rios St Ann on Monday, which was stipulated by the Government as a no-movement day.
In making his comment in parliament, he says it was a decision aimed at providing much needed income for Tourism interests.
