Health and Wellness Minister Dr. Christopher Tufton has announced that the country has received a shipment of medical grade oxygen early this morning.
This, to aid in the fight against the coronavirus. The government had indicated in a press release last evening that shipments were expected between today and tomorrow as public health facilities were running low or otherwise now out of oxygen.
The Minister is urging Jamaicans to get vaccinated as the country continues to struggle with a third wave of COVID-19 infections.
