The country has recorded its highest number of positive covid-19 cases as 929 were recorded yesterday and 12 virus-related deaths.
This, pushing the number of confirmed cases to 66,663 wile the death toll climbs to 1,504.
Of the number of confirmed cases, 540 are females while 389 are males.
The Health ministry said the deaths occurred between August 17 and August 28.
One of the deaths was previously under investigation. Five more deaths were reported under investigation.
