The man arrested after the death of a 4-year old boy has now been charged with murder.
This after the police upgraded a previous charge of assault following an autopsy.
The post mortem results confirmed that the 4-year-old died from multiple blunt force trauma.
24-year-old Shaun Bennett is accused of beating his four-year-old stepson, Nashaun Brown, to death for eating too slowly.
Nashaun’s mother reportedly intervened and was also attacked by Bennett.
