Opposition spokesman on Health and Wellness, Dr. Morais Guy, says Jamaica should be concerned about whether or not variants of the coronavirus, are impacting the country’s covid figures.
With several variants of the virus emerging, Dr. Guy said more steps need to be taken to figure out, which of the variants are in the country.
He said he is most concerned about the Delta variant, which has already been confirmed on the island.
