To the relief of many in the entertainment industry, Prime Minister Andrew Holness has announced measures to reopen the sector.
The Prime Minister also said the government is prepared to offer state-owned venues rent free.
Mr Holness also said the Government will lead by example and host an event on July 1 to celebrate World Reggae Day.
