The Assistant Nurse accused of sexually assaulting a teen girl was remanded when he appeared in court, yesterday (Wed).
45-year-old Damion Bigby, of Hanover, is charged with indecent assault.
Bigby is alleged to have sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl who was admitted at the Noel Holmes Hospital, for treatment on Friday, May 21.
The girl reported the matter to her parents and other workers and the police were called in.
Bigby was arrested on Monday, May 24 and charged a week later.
The court matter has been set for mention again on June 29.
Meanwhile, the male relative accused of assaulting the same teen girl was picked up by the police, yesterday.
The grand-uncle of the teenager is expected to be charged, after being questioned by investigators.
It‘s alleged that the male relative assaulted the girl, and she attempted to harm herself, which resulted in her admittance to the Noel Holmes hospital for treatment.
