The entry deadline for the Jamaica Festival Song Competition has been extended to midnight tomorrow.
Orville Hill, Chairman of the competition’s organizing committee the disclosure which was echoed by Culture and Entertainment Minister Olivia Grange in an Instagram post.
Hill stated that the deadline extension was called for by potential entrants who requested extra time to polish off their entries to ensure that they are up to the competition’s standard, especially those who are facing various challenges created by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Persons who are still interested in entering the 2021 competition may do so on the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission’s website.
