Quality Control rapper, Metro Marrs, celebrated receiving his high school leaving by pulling out $10,000 in cash and throwing it all over the stage during his graduation. His colleagues went wild, cheering him on, but the school staff were not happy with the act.

He decided to go out with a bang and leave his mark. In a viral video being circulated on social media, the rapper made it rain cash on his fellow grads.

However, the stunt ended up getting him in trouble with the police. Cops stepped in to escort him out of the ceremony. He was detained for inciting a riot and disorderly conduct and then ticketed for the offence.

Speaking with The Shade Room, Metro explained that he hadnā€™t seen his fellow classmates in person all year due to the pandemic and this was his way of giving back to some of them who may not have received money for their graduation.

Marrs joined the stackedĀ Quality Control MusicĀ roster in 2020 and broke out at the end of the year with his ā€œBye Feliciaā€ single. Heā€™ll now be able to focus on music full-time after getting his diploma from Langston Hughes High.
