There is a new development in the case involving damning allegations against PNP General Secretary Dr Dayton Campbell.
Party activist Karen Cross has now filed a response to Dr Campbell’s defamation suit, including signed statements from 3 women.
In the signed statements, Dr Campbell is accused of having sexual relations with the women while they were underage.
All three statements and the identity of the women were certified by separate Justices of the Peace.
In the statements, the women allege they were offered money and gifts by Dr Campbell, who had sexual intercourse with them while they were between the ages of 14 and 15.
Last month Cross has come forward to accuse Dr. Campbell, who vehemently denied the allegations.
The police were forced to drop their investigation in the matter, as Cross did not offer any evidence against him.
Dr. Campbell subsequently ordered his lawyers to file a defamation lawsuit against her.
