Congratulations to Naomi Campbell who just welcomed her first child, a baby girl at age 50.
The 50-year-old supermodel shared the news this morning on social media, with a picture of her holding her baby’s feet with the caption, “A beautiful little blessing has chosen me to be her mother, so honoured to have this gentle soul in my life there are no words to describe the lifelong bond that I now share with you, my angel. There is no greater love.”
Back in 2017 the model, during an interview with ES Magazine, said “I think about having children all the time. But now with the way science is I think I can do it when I want”.
After the news was posted, friends of the celebrity have been congratulating her on her new blessing. Singer, Rita Ora said “No one deserves this more”, Designer Marc Jacobs commented, “Oh my God!!! Today is the day?? How absolutely incredible. How lucky she is and how lucky you are! What a wonderful Mother you will be. Blessings all around”, and actress Zoe Saldana, who wrote, “oh my goodness congrats lady! What a blessing!!!”
