Disgraced American hip-hop mogul P Diddy has been accused of sexually assaulting a young girl during a MTV Video Music Awards afterparty in 2000.
According to the complaint that was filed recently, the allegations state that the young woman was 13 years old at the time of the incident.
In the legal documents, the plaintiff, who is now 37 years of age, says that Combs and two other celebrities, one male and one female, sexually assaulted her.
According to the plaintiff, she was not invited to the actual awards, but she received an invitation to the afterparty. She stated that she went to an empty bedroom to lie down after drinking a spiked drink when Combs and company allegedly assaulted her while the female watched.
The plaintiff stated that due to the incident, she suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
