Veteran Jamaican Entertainers Nadine Sutherland, Bounty Killer, Beenie Man, Audrey Reid and Admiral Bailey were today honoured with the Order of Distinction at this year’s National Honours and Awards Ceremony.
This, in the Rank of Officer for their contribution to the development of Jamaican Music.
The ceremony took place at the National Indoor Sports Centre. The ceremony was presided over by Governor-General Sir Patrick Allen.
Meantime in celebration of over 40 years in the music business, Nadine Sutherland released her latest single entitled 9 out of 10 produced by Steven ‘Lenky’ Marsden and distributed by VPAL music.
Bounty Killer took to social media, to thank his country for the recognition.
