Education Minister, Fayval Williams says the Ministry will consider summer school as a strategy, to assist students affected by learning loss, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

She made the disclosure during her visit to the Dunoon Technical High School in Kingston yesterday (Mon), to observe first-hand the resumption of face-to-face classes.

Dunoon Technical is one of over 500 primary and secondary schools which resumed face-to-face engagement yesterday, for students preparing for exit exams.

Speaking with reporters during the visit, Mrs. Williams said, details as to the implementation of the summer school programme are to be worked out.
