A total of 68 male teams and and 61 female teams, have been confirmed for the ISSA Boys and Girls Athletics Championships which runs from next week Tuesday through Saturday at the National Stadium.
The male teams will see an overall total of 506 athletes while the female teams will have 464 for a total of 970 competitors across the 80 schools.
About 50 percent of schools will enter ten athletes or less.
The event was cancelled last year owing to the Covid 19 pandemic and this year will be held without spectators at the Stadium.
