A celebration for the life of late veteran Broadcast Journalist Michael Sharpe is set to take place today at 12 pm.
The announcement was made this morning via a statement from the RJR Gleaner Group.
Sharpe passed away on April 20 after being hospitalized.
The event will be broadcast live on television and on social media.
Described by colleagues as a fearless journalist, Sharpe served the profession for over 40 years and was also a police constable for many years.
