Police have arrested a toll security guard following an incident with a motorist at the Portmore toll booth in St Catherine on Saturday.
On the day in question a motorist had an argument with a toll collector when 50 year old Norris McLarty intervened and allegedly used his company issued firearm to hit the motorist.
He was subsequently charged with illegal possession of a firearm, assault at common law and assault occasioning bodily harm.
