Jamaica should know soon, the exact dates it will receive COVID-19 vaccines under the COVID-19 global access facility COVAX.
This as the Pan American Health Organization PAHO says information on the timeline and number of doses for the first shipments of COVID-19 vaccines, will be released to COVAX member countries in the coming days and weeks.
Earlier this month, Health Minister Dr. Christopher Tufton revealed that government had been advised by the COVAX Facility, that the country is set to receive between 146 thousand  4 hundred and 249 thousand 6 hundred doses of the AstraZeneca vaccines by mid to late February.
