J. Cole has remained mostly quiet in 2020, but he has big plans for the new year and beyond.
On the third to last day of the year, the Dreamsville rapper returned to Instagram with a big announcement. He shared a photo of his notebook on a studio console, which contains his future plans including two unreleased projects prior to his highly-anticipated album The Fall Off.
Under “The Fall Off Era” are “Features” and last year’s Revenge of the Dreamers III compilation, both of which are crossed off and marked as complete.
Up next is his mixtape The Off-Season, followed by a project called It’s a Boy. It all leads up to his long-awaited album The Fall Off.
Cole also seemed to hint at his impending retirement in his caption.
