Owners of the Cleveland Indians baseball team plan to change their name after decades of criticism, the team has said.
Outgoing US President Donald Trump denounced the move, tweeting it was “cancel culture at work!”

The NFL’s Washington team had earlier dropped its former moniker, the Redskins, on similar grounds.
