A sub-committee of Cabinet is to meet today to discuss special measures to be taken this Christmas season in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Noting that Christmas is the season where persons move around and have large gatherings, Health and Wellness Minister Dr. Christopher Tufton says in a bid to prevent the spread of the virus, this may have to be avoided.
He said once the committee, chaired by the Prime Minister, makes the necessary decisions, the public will be informed.
