Councillor for the Fellowship Division in East Portland, Irvin Brown has died. He was 61 years old.Mr. Brown died yesterday after being in an Intensive Care Unit, ICU for three weeks. He had fallen ill and also tested positive for Covid-19.
East Portland Member of Parliament, Ann Marie Vaz expressed sadness at the passing of the Councillor.
In a statement, Mrs. Vaz says she’s particular devastated as she shared a close relationship and deep love for Councillor Brown who was committed to improving the lives of the people.
