Taylor Swift has officially become the world’s richest female musician, with an estimated net worth of $1.6billion.
Earlier this year, Swift appeared on Forbes‘ annual billionaires list for the first time ever, and Saturday (October 5), they updated her net worth to reflect its growth amid her ongoing, colossal ‘Eras Tour’ and the continued popularity of her catalogue.
According to the publication, Swift now tops the list of the richest female musicians – surpassing Rihanna who reportedly has a net worth of $1.4billion.
However, according to Forbes, Rihanna retains the title of “Richest Female Musician of All Time”, as her net worth once had a peak evaluation of $1.77 billion.
The ‘Love Story’ singer is also ranked at Number 2 on the list of richest musicians, with Jay-Z taking the top spot due to his estimated value of $2.5billion.
