KD Knight Levels Vote-Buying, Public Theft charges against JLP

A Controversial voicenote of former opposition senator K.D Knight is now making the rounds on social media. In the clip, obtained by the Jamaica Gleaner, Mr Knight says the ruling Jamaica Labour Party stole public funds and used it to buy votes in the recent General Election.

Mr Knight also went on to say that we would regret this, citing the St Catherine North Eastern constituency where the JLP’s Kerensia Morrison defeated the PNP’s Oswest Senior Smith.

Mr Knight did not specify where the funds were allegedly stolen from, or provide specific evidence of vote-buying.
